Why?..
Because of the lack of guardians, students can now cheat in their activities..

For those who are not, Network Neighborhood is a group of computers joined together.. Probably useful in internet cafes and schools..
Students pass their works to the teacher through NN
The teacher then checks the activities of the students..
Since everyone can access the NN,
anyone can cheat..
The teacher asked some of us to go to school due to the biggest cheating incident..
